Our watercress powder is full of flavour and goodness. 1kg of fresh watercress makes 80 grams of dried powder. We slowly dry the watercress to retain all the vitamins and minerals making the powder a perfect way to get nutrients in your diet when you are unable to get hold of our fresh watercress.
We love it on cheese and pasta, or poached egg on toast. It can be added to smoothies and goes very well in chocolate cake!
What will you use it in?
