Waterside Clothes swaps have been running for a little while now, so far in Hythe, just outside the New Forest.
The aims are -
To help tackle textile waste.
Reduce our reliance on fast fashion.
Help in times of clothing poverty
Make people smile and have some fun!

Several swaps later BBC South Today came to visit us as you can see in the video.
The next stage is to raise funds for a container to create a clothing bank. This would enable us to keep the clothes between swaps, and to make these available to those who may need some help with clothing for any reason, and to other swaps around the area to save as much from landfill as possible.
